You Don’t Eat Breakfast
You’ve probably heard this a thousand time but breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Eating breakfast gets your metabolism up and running for the day. When you skip breakfast you tend to eat more throughout the day. Taking a couple extra minutes in the morning to make some toast or fry up an egg can actually decrease your appetite, keeping you feeling full for the rest of the day.
